Does allbranded also offer products that are not listed in the shop?

Yes. Thanks to our excellent network of international agencies, service providers and suppliers, we offer you the opportunity to design your promotional material yourself. There are no limits to your imagination – we can procure nearly any article that your might wish for! We already offer 50,000 products in our online shop. In case you do not find what you are looking for or have an exceptional wish, our scouts for promotional products will develop an individual solution that will impress your target group. How do I order the creative promotional products of allbranded?

Which payment methods do you offer?

It is important to us to make your purchase with allbranded as comfortable as possible. Therefore, you can simply and safely pay via instant bank transfer, PayPal, debit or credit card (MasterCard, VISA). Besides the online payment methods, we also offer the traditional ways of payment in advance, and from the third order onwards we can consider credit terms. In case you have further questions, feel free to contact us.

What are the delivery costs?

As we are committed to excellent service, we do not charge for delivery of order values of €500 and above. For a sample order, we charge €4.50 - should an order be placed following the sample delivery, we will deduct this fee from your order.

Who will deliver the products?

We work with the established logistics service provider DPD. This ensures that your valuable order get to you in mint condition. In some cases, our producers may deliver to you directly. In such cases, we won’t be able to influence the delivery, thus your order might be sent with another company

How will my logo be printed onto the promotional products?

To explain our finishing and printing techniques in more detail, we have created a special information page for you. Here we explain the different printing techniques, from screen printing over digital printing and pad printing to embroidery and engraving. In case you still have open questions, do not hesitate to contact us. Our competent allbranded team will gladly help you to find the perfect method for you.

How can I complain?

In the unlikely case that the products are damaged or do not fulfill your expectations, please contact your personal allbranded advisor immediately. Together, we will certainly find an easy and fast solution. Our exceptionally high customer satisfaction rate of 95% shows that complaints are very uncommon.

Can I exchange the products if I do not like them?

All ordered products are confirmed by you based on a printing sketch, and therefore cannot be exchanged. Moreover, you have the possibility to first order a sample of the promotional product in order to get a better feeling of the final result.

Can I have samples printed?

Test print samples are generally possible, but relatively expensive, as the individualised sample needs to be included into a complex production process. In this case, there are setup costs that we need to charge you. In case you want a sample with your logo and subsequently place an order, we will of course deduct these costs from your order.

To which countries does allbranded deliver?

We can deliver to any country in the world. If you wish your products to be delivered to a country outside of the eu, please feel free to contact us. We will will make that happen.

Is it possible to store the products until I need them?

Allbranded only produces just-in-time and delivers via drop shipping. For this reason, we do not have our own warehouses and unfortunately cannot store products for you. However, please be aware that we do offer delivery on your desired date. We also offer products on commission, I.E. In this case we take care of the storage, assembly and delivery. Please contact your customer advisor for further information.

Does allbranded also have catalogues?

No. One of our core principles is to offer all products with “all inclusive prices” and create a transparent market for promotional products. In the digital age, we can only achieve that with our b2b online shop. In case you would still prefer the traditional method, please contact us. We will create a compilation of creative product ideas and prices customised for your business. Of course, this service is free for you.

How do I send my logo?

Comfortably through our online shop! Just upload your logo from your computer. Alternatively, you can also send us an email with your brand.


For the best results possible, we need your files in a vector format. Examples are:

• scalable vector graphics (svg)

• psd (photoshop dateiformat)

• ai (adobe illustrator)

Please provide us with your print file in the form of a high-resolution vector graphic. Examples of vector graphic formats are Encapsulated Postscript (EPS), Portable Document Format (PDF) and Adobe Illustrator (AI). Your print motif can be coloured in any Pantone colour.

If you are unable to provide a vector graphic, we will be happy to do this for you for 25€ net. Please contact our team and we will be happy to help you!

No. allbranded is a B2B marketplace and does not sell to private individuals. Companies, organisations, and other associations can order from our online shop at any time.
