Business-to-Consumer (B2C)

Business-to-Consumer is the opposite to Business-to-Business. The focus here is not the business relationship between companies, but the communication and trade relationship between companies and other groups, like consumers (customers, private people), employees or public administration. Business-to-Consumer is often abbreviated as B2C or B-to-C. Advertising products are a special instrument in the relationship between company and consumers or employees. They can be a fundamental sign of appreciation and contribute to building and strengthening of this relationship.
