Whilst we really wish that we could give all of our clients an exact figure for them to use that would be most beneficial for them, the honest answer is that it depends.   • How many people are attending your event and how many people will you interact with when giving your items away? If you have 100 staff at an event, of course you will be able to give out more merchandise than if you only have 10 attending. If you are using your products as part of a welcome pack or a similar campaign, then you should have a rough idea of how many people you will be targeting before ordering.
  • What is your budget? You should decide early on if you would rather order a larger quantity of small, cheaper promotional products or less of a more expensive, extravagant and original item.
  • What is the aim of your campaign? If you desire to raise overall brand awareness, you would be better off investing in a large amount of small, classic items such as branded pens.
